Will I receive confirmation when my order has been placed?
Yes! A confirmation email will be sent to your email address within a few minutes of purchase. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at shop@isl.ch.
Can I add a discount code to an existing order?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
